Allergens
I am not a gluten free/nut free, but gluten free, nut free, sugar-free can by made with best practices. Orders will always be handled with care; however, I can never guarantee "no trace of an ingredient." It is your responsibility to inform me of any allergies and discuss any questions you have. I am always happy to share more information about ingredients used and help as much as possible. That being said, I am NOT liable for food allergens in food. Consumption of product is at your own risk.
Designs
Please feel free to submit picture ideas of what you want, but please understand all bakers are different and my final product may not look exactly like the picture submitted.
Pricing Consideration
Deposit
A 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for all orders.
Cancellation
As a general rule no refund will be issued if order is cancelled within 2 weeks of order date. I understand unexpected events happen. Please discuss policy on refunds in these instances.
Payment
Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Venmo, Zelle, or Credit Card.
Orders will not be delivered or picked up until payment is made in full.
Orders over $200 must be paid 2 weeks before event date.
Pick Up/ Delivery
🧁Handle your cake with care. Cakes are fragile.
🧁Hold/carry all cakes from the base.
🧁Keep out of direct sunlight and high heat to avoid frosting softening and cake shifting.
🧁Transport on a flat, secure surface.
🧁Once your order has been picked up or delivered, I am no longer liable. You are assuming all responsibility. There will be no refunds once it is in your possession.
Photographs
I will photograph all cakes to use in my gallery. If you finish decorating a cake and would like to share photos for my gallery, that would be appreciated.
